This site exists so homeowners can reach us about selling a house. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you do, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us: when you fill out a form or contact us, we receive what you type: typically a property address, your phone number and/or email, and anything you tell us about your situation.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We use Google services for address autocomplete on our forms and may use standard analytics to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To respond to you: evaluating the property, answering your questions, and making you an offer if you want one.
- To follow up about your inquiry, by phone, text, or email, depending on what you provided. If you'd rather we stop, say so and we will.
- To operate and improve the website.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information. Not to marketers, not to "partner investors," not to anyone.
- We don't share it except with service providers who make the site work (hosting, form processing, analytics) or when the law requires it.
- We don't send bulk marketing. You hear from us about your inquiry, not a newsletter you didn't ask for.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may reply by text about your inquiry. Message frequency is limited to that conversation, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop texts anytime by replying STOP.
Cookies and third-party services
The site uses Google Fonts, Google Places (for address autocomplete), and may use analytics tools, each of which may set cookies or receive standard technical data as described in their own privacy policies. We don't use advertising trackers.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep inquiry records as long as they're useful for the purpose you contacted us about, and for legal and business record-keeping. If you want the information you submitted deleted, contact us and we'll handle it unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.
